From the early stages of planning the sisters of Vanilla Sugar Bakery  knew there had to be a greater scale to spread the love of VSB and that is why our flagship and online store were created - so everyone can enjoy the passion, love and creativity that goes into each and every recipe. 

All of the baking and decorating happens on-site everyday in our kitchen behind the display. We bake using only the highest quality ingredients right down to every buttercream, frosting and filling. Everything is made fresh everyday because that’s what our customers deserve.
